Product Generation

Sany SY60C is a new generation of 6T small excavator built by Sany Heavy Machinery. The machine has an operating weight of 6000kg, a bucket capacity of 0.1-0.28 cubic meters, a total transport length of 5925mm, a total transport width of 2000-2005mm, and a total transport height of 2615-2630mm.

It is compact and flexible, suitable for small and medium-sized projects such as municipal construction, farmland water conservancy construction, and garden construction, and can operate in small spaces and complex environments.

Energy-saving and efficient, equipped with Sany's exclusive customized 36kW Kubota/Isuzu engine, combined with an electronically controlled pump and a load-sensitive hydraulic system, the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio of commonly used gears is increased by 10%. The driving experience is upgraded, the cab floor adopts modal optimization technology, the maximum seat vibration acceleration is 0.62m/s², which is 17.3% optimized compared to the original, and the sealing is improved by 27.8%. The design is safe and beautiful, and it was created by Ferrari design company Pinfa. The front floor window design, the overall glass area increased by 35%, and the profile skeleton design meet the European standard ROPS safety requirements.

Component Overview

The power system uses a high-performance engine developed by Sany for construction machinery. It can be equipped with Kubota V2607 or Isuzu power solutions, with an output power of 36 kilowatts (2000 rpm). The powertrain combines advanced turbocharging technology and high-pressure common rail fuel injection system, and cooperates with intelligent electronically controlled hydraulic pumps and adaptive hydraulic systems to achieve the best matching efficiency between the power unit and the actuator.

The hydraulic control system uses intelligent flow regulation technology. Through the power optimization algorithm independently developed by Sany, electronic signals are used to accurately control the hydraulic flow, achieve millisecond-level response speed, and significantly improve fuel utilization. The travel system is equipped with a high-torque drive motor, which improves the traction performance of the equipment by nearly 10% and significantly enhances the ramp passing ability. The chassis adopts a double-support sprocket fixed structure, equipped with a reinforced supporting wheel group, a high-wear-resistant crawler system and a reinforced drive assembly to ensure the stable operation of the equipment under various working conditions.

In terms of structural parts, the thickness of the main plate of the boom has been upgraded to 6 mm, which greatly improves the structural strength. The laser surface strengthening process is applied to the articulated part of the bucket arm to effectively extend the service life. The bucket adopts a hyperbolic streamlined design, which significantly reduces the flow resistance and wear of materials.

The cockpit adopts the humanized design of the C12 series, providing a more spacious driving space, and the seat supports multi-angle adjustment. The control system integrates an intelligent touch terminal (7-inch display), supports Bluetooth connection and air conditioning control, is equipped with an intelligent diagnostic alarm device, and comes standard with a convenient start function. The newly designed sealing structure and sheet metal process have greatly improved the sealing performance of the cab.

The core components of the electrical system are all high-protection-level components from internationally renowned brands, with excellent waterproof performance. The system adopts a modular design, which makes fault diagnosis more convenient, and the operating stability and safety performance are at the industry-leading level
