The Sany 215 excavator adopts the streamlined design of modern engineering machinery. The overall appearance is tough and powerful, with both practicality and visual impact. Its main appearance features include:
The reasonable structural layout enables the machine to reduce the turning radius while ensuring stability, and is suitable for a variety of working environments. The iconic red paint of Sany, with black and gray embellishments, improves the equipment recognition and enhances dirt resistance. The external cover adopts a block design, which is convenient for daily inspection and maintenance, while reducing dust and water accumulation, and extending the service life. Equipped with high-brightness LED work lights, the night operation field of vision is clearer and safety is improved.

The tail overhang is short, and it is more flexible to rotate in narrow spaces (such as municipal construction, indoor demolition, etc.), reducing the risk of collision. Some models support track width adjustment to adapt to different ground conditions (such as soft mud or hard road surface).

The large-area glass window design reduces blind spots and makes operation safer; some models are equipped with suspended seats and shock absorption design to reduce driver fatigue. The handrails and anti-slip pedals are reasonably arranged to facilitate the driver to get on and off the machine, and daily inspection and maintenance are more convenient.

This equipment uses Mitsubishi Fuso 4M50 high-performance engine with a rated power output of 118kW, which significantly improves durability and dynamic response speed while maintaining excellent torque performance. The hydraulic system is equipped with advanced Kawasaki series electronic control components, including fully electronically controlled main valves and main pumps. Through precise valve core control technology, the bucket action regeneration function and rapid return of hydraulic oil are realized, effectively improving the operation efficiency and operation accuracy of the whole machine. In terms of hydraulic pumps, the displacement of the plunger pump has been upgraded from the original 112 cubic centimeters to 125 cubic centimeters, which greatly improves the working capacity of the hydraulic system.
The equipment is equipped with the latest developed RG14D reduction device, which has significantly improved the slewing performance, enhanced the stability of slope operation and the slewing start speed, and made the equipment perform better under complex terrain conditions.

Using advanced exhaust gas recirculation technology, part of the exhaust gas is reintroduced into the intake system for mixed combustion with fresh air, effectively reducing nitrogen oxide emissions. The exhaust gas recirculation cooling system has been upgraded from the traditional tubular structure to a cascade design, which greatly improves the cooling efficiency. At the same time, HOPE full electronic control technology is applied, and the hydraulic valve core is precisely regulated through the central controller, which not only improves the working efficiency of the equipment but also enhances the maneuverability.

The newly designed hydraulic oil circuit system effectively reduces the energy loss during the oil return process, achieving lower fuel consumption while ensuring efficient operation. The equipment is equipped with a bucket suitable for ordinary earthwork operations as standard, and a professional rock bucket is provided as an option. The bucket structure design is optimized according to different working conditions, reducing operating resistance and significantly improving excavation efficiency.
